Can I prepay my prescription online?
We only accept payment at time of pickup/delivery. We do not currently accept online payments; but you can leave your credit/bankcard on file which can be used at the time of pickup/delivery.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call us and give us the prescription numbers from the other pharmacy and we will do the rest for you.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold you prescription for seven days. If you've forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we'll be happy to refill it.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
Sorry we do not offer after hours service at this time; but you can order your refills anytime on our website, through the RxLocal Mobile App. on your iPhone, or by calling 985-386-2232 and punching in your refill number or simply leave a message on our automated phone answering system and your prescriptions will be available the next day.
